Incompetence

My partner went to fix th car handles early in the morning, with the anticipation that this minute problem should not take a whole day. He recently purchased a car and he received it with broken handles. VW said they would fix them. Hence going in. He has been waiting the entire day for VW to fix something as simple as handles. The worst thing about this entire experience is the fact that there is no communication the entire day. There is no progress report or even something as simple as " we are swamped it wont happen today". He constantly has to call them, and as a result our child is stuck at school with nobody because he cant get there in time! How disgusting
