I'm very disappointed with VW in King Williams Town, I sent my car for a service in their branch they saw nothing and they serviced the car because it was due two weeks after the service when I was driving the car as usual before I could even go out of the gate the car stopped and it gave me signs and when I called a tow truck to come and get it so that it goes back to the service centre in VW. it went there and I was told that there was no oil in the car how come there's no oil whereas it just came back from the service and they told me in order for them to fix this I must pay them R70 000.00, that I cannot pay it is their mistake i'm 100% sure that they are protecting one of their own and it is the person who was responsible for the service. Please help me it has been months without a car
