I'm sick and tired of VWSA!

I've had the VW T cross 1.0 for a year and a half now. The technician found that the vehicle is not engaging gears when you release the clutch and removed the gearbox, clutch plate and pressure plate. The clutch plate is worn as well as burnt marks on fly wheel. VWSA has conveniently declined the repair under warranty as a result of the fly wheel being burnt.

I am not happy to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket without proper justification. The last service for my vehicle was February this year and nothing about the above dilemma was brought to my attention.

I've never missed an installment. Even paid the latest one (September 2023), however I haven't had my car since the 29th of August. The service has been terrible and I am expected to pay out of my own pocket for service and manufacturing defects.

To anyone who has had the same experience as me, please advise.
