I'm not happy at all Bad Service and I'm still paying installment.

Hello Peter I've a problem with witbank Volkswagen I bought a brand new Polo TSI 2020 model DSG and the gear box is giving me problem the fixed it twice it continues to do the same problem I sent it back again the service manager told me I must come back when is last service on 15/11/2023, 45km I did so but it also doing the same problem I'm telling her that this car now it doesn't take gear 1,3,5,7 their refusing to fixed it because is out of service but they just did last *********** service and this problem started when i bought the car.
