I wish I was a white man.

I wish I was a white man ... i know for sure my Experience in VW Rustenburg would have been different. I took my car to VW Rustenburg on the 22nd of Nobember 2021, they kept in touch with me for a day, then mute ... after a week I had to call them and check on the progress with my car, the assistant Paula...told me her computer froze, I told her to email the update when the computer is up running again...she didn't. After a month and after laying a complaint with VW south africa, they told me they can't fix my car , I must trade it in, this is the service manager Andries advising me after a month of absolute disrespect and inconsiderate of how I get by on daily basis without my car.

I then told the service manager that I will pick up my car since it was drivable,...I got there and he told me I must pay R1500.00 for diagnosis, I said to him it took you a month to diagnose my car, and after wasting my time you still want money from me, he said yes he still want me to pay after the **** service they have rendered me.

I said fine let me pay then and leave VW BRAND FOR GOOD. He then went to check on the car before making me pay, he then came back and told the car battery is flat flat, I should come the following day, the following day he sent me an email that they are still establishing why my car won't start, the whole of December 2021 went by without them telling me what's going on with my car.

First week of January 2022 VW South Africa called me and told me that VW Rustenburg assured them that all technicians are on my car , so in few days time I will get it, and VW South Africa closed the call. Today is the 11th of February 2022 and there is no communication from VW Rustenburg and I still don't have my car with me.

The disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by VW Rustenburg towards myself and VW South Africa is beyond believe. My wish Is for VW Germany to ne involved in this matter and to consider dissolving the trading license of VW Rustenburg, they are useless and very ******.
