i want answers!!!

I bought a VW Toureg from VW Pinetown last year July, at the time I purchased the vehicle the dealership fitted the vehicle with new tyres, its Achilles dessert hawk, short after I received the vehicle I had a vibration on the steering but did not make much of it, I did roughly 25000 km with the set and it looks brand new still as I did my rotations every 5000km had it balanced and all the necessary procedures that I needed to do, anyway long story short, I went to tiger wheel and tyre and had it balanced and rotated and everything and I explained to one of the guys that this is what its doing when I'm driving to witch he rep**** and said its not good quality tyres and that the tyres tend to give a vibration, so I went for a second opinion, so a gentleman at tiger wheel and tyre four ways also stated and I quote that its a sh*t tyre and he would not recommend it to his clients cause he don't want to have any comebacks, so after everything I'm forced to pay 22k for new tyres and I'm really disappointed in VW Pinetown for fitting tyres that is not OE on a Toureg R line, I feel that they could have made more effort in fitting a tyre that is recommended, its bull dust and want answers.
