I want a brand new car without any problems

I took delivery of my brand new golf 7 1.4 tsi in June 2015 and since day 3 of having the vehicle in my possession I had complained about gearbox issues. Weeks went by and all I got from Vw is that it's a new car and therefore there should be no problems with the gearbox. A few thousand kilometers later and the problem got worse. By now I was really frustrated and wished I had never parted ways with Toyota. Vw then said that there was a problem with the pressure plate so they said they will install a new clutch kit which they did plus they said there is no need to change the gearbox because they believe it wouldnt have been damaged which I disagreed with but once again my concern went to deaf ears. Over the last couple of weeks the problem is still present and gear selection is difficult and at times the gears jump. So now I am on holiday in durban, and guess what, my brand new car has a broken gearbox box<br> I cannot select any gears since 7pm today, car was stuck in the middle of a residential road and was only towed away at 10.30pm - so how's that for service from vw. I don't have a courtesy vehicle and had to get a lift with the technician to my holiday home in durban.
