I returned parts and now 2 weeks later I still haven't recorded my money back

<p>On the 25th of January I went to buy parts at vw rustenburg, the following day I returned them because it was the wrong parts so I wanted to get the right ones. Instead of exchanging they said I must buy the new ones n they will give me my money back, today's it's the 6th of February n I still haven't received my money and they don't care to tell me why and everytime I call they have new stories.
