I purchased a brand new VW polo which had defects

Public awareness I purchased a brand new volkswagen Polo Gt on the 4 July 2015 and noticed a crack on the dashboard later the day( which was a saturday and Volkwagen wud of been closed by that time,I then reported the matter on the 6th July Vw Bryanston then turned to me and said they will replace the entire dashboard the radio breaking sytem and suspension never seemed up to spec which was also reported I had alot of squeeking and noised from the breaking sytem and suspesion the vehicle as if it want s to veer of the road upon diagnostics they mention no fault found I then reported the matter to Volkswagen South Africa I was not given feedback fron vw South Africa Seems I am payng for a second hand vehicle they refused to have this vehicle replaced I was given a call from Vw bryanston telling me they want to carry out more repairs do not purchase volkswagen products this is the type of service that is provided to clients not many are brave enuf to reports theses incidents.Also to mention an agent by the nae of Flays raised his voice frantically at me stating I attacked him because I requested this vehicle be replaced.I payed for a new vehice and not a vehicle that requires repair
