I'm without a car while I bought a car
Dear Peter, last week on Wednesday as I was getting ready for work, my car key wouldn't go into the ignition. I then called VW roadside assistance, they sent a technician who was able to get the key in. I was then advised to take the car to the dealership, where they would examine it further. They then transported me to work. I was then called during the course of the day and they advised that the problem was huge, they've ordered a part from Germany which would take about one to two weeks to be delivered. On that afternoon after work I was stranded without transport since they had taken my car. The reason I bought a car was to have transport from to work and bad and to also assist my family. When this incident occurred my mum was in hospital and they were well aware of this issue but still I'm without a car as we speak. On Thursday I filled out a form for a courtesy vehicle but up to this day I have not received any correspondence, instead I'm the one who has to contact the dealership to find out what the progress is and they give me the same answer daily, stating that they awaiting response. I have even emailed and called VW SA and they have failed to assist. Please intervene.
