I bought a car 27 November 2017 and it broke on the 09 January 2018

I reported the matter and they didn't take it seriously until i sent it back on the 12 January 2018,they did not want to fix it until they call me on 31 of January saying they fixed it. I took it to Mercedes benze for check up,and they found a lot of faults. I tried all VW department including their head office, but they all never helped me,even now the car is in Mercedes waiting for them to fix it. When calling Juanree the VW Springs manager and his salesman Jeremiah they no longer answering my calls. I am appealing to everyone who is going to buy car at Springs VW to be careful as they selling cars that are not in a good condition. Please beware of buying in VW Springs
