I am highly disappointed with the service from VW Mbombela and Volkswagen South Africa

I am highly disappointed with the service from VW Mbombela and Volkswagen South Africa. An item was ****** from my vehicle while it was in the care of VW Mbombela four months ago. Despite the seriousness of this matter, it has still not been resolved. I formally lodged a complaint with Volkswagen South Africa three weeks ago and was contacted once with a promise that the dealership would follow up and provide feedback. Since then, there has been no communication whatsoever. No updates, no resolution, and no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a brand of Volkswagen’s reputation. I am requesting urgent intervention, proper communication, and final resolution of this matter.
