Horror Experience with VW

I'm disgusted. I'm annoyed to the core. My husband and I bought a Tiguan R at VW Rustenburg in April 2017. It went for its 1st service and all went well. The nightmare began on the 7th March 2018 when I took it for its 30 000KM.It had been showing so many signs prior. 1st it was the starter sign. Then followed by the brake pads sign. The left rear brake pads was finished. Took it back and the quoted me R7000 for replacing the 2 rear brake pads and disks. I went to collect in on Friday the 16th March, but that sign was still visible on the screen. I took it and they told me that I need to replace the front brake pads and we paid a further R4000, as the car is only on a service plan.

I went to collect it last week Tuesday. Yesterday when I was driving it, nothing was working on the car. It had all sorts of signs and the brakes couldn't work. It had no power. The engine sign was on. I literally drove a car that wassnt working. I took it in again to the dealership.

I found a manager there and I gave the other manager for her to test drive it. She also couldn't it. She was shocked that i drove such a risk.

They however gave me a courtesy car. I am writing in here to make you aware that i am driving a factory fault. I don't want it anymore. I want to be refunded the money I spent fixing the car that's a fault from the manufacturer. I don't want that cat anymore.

I'm taking this matter to hello Peter. I refuse to be in communication with the Rustenburg team.
