HORRIFIC service!!!! 😤😡

The WORST, WORST service I ever got!!!!! 😤 If I can give a -10 for horrific service I would. Don't go to VW Hatfield! 😡

I drove my car into the services center but had to fetch my car with a lowbed truck!!! The mechanics are useless!!!! If you have a older VW don't go near VW Hatfield. They are not equipped to work on your car!!
