Horrid Service

<p>After having received Horrid service from Rivonia VW, i decided to change dealers and phoned VW Constantia Kloof. A man who did not identify himself proceeded to help me and set up an appointment for Friday 3 Mar. 2017 at 2:30pm, as I normally do I rocked up for my appointment and although everyone in the sales section were at work no one recalled having made an appointment with me, on top of that the car I went to see had been loaned out and I could for obvious reasons not see it. My drive there was fruitless, i hoped that someone could explain but the managers disregarded me as if I were some lowlife whom seemed unworthy of their attention. Bheki another sales person assisted me and promised to return a call to me to sort out the issue and give me the opportunity to view the car and take matters from there- 3 days later I'm still waiting and have received no call back. It is utterly disgusting that in this day and age one is still treated differently from others purely based on profession and appearance. Perhaps I am not economically inclined enough to purchase a car from such "reputable" dealerships or not from the correct racial class to make the cut as a worthwhile client/customer. Whichever way VW constantia kloof will never see me again. </p>
