Horrible VW soweto service!

I have been having battery problems on my car since its first year of purchase. Last year i made vw soweto aware of the issue and they said they checked the car and said they will just recharge the battery overnight and not replace it. They will do so but they wont give me a courtesy car and wont drop me off and collect me from home after i dropped off the car. I told them i cannot afford not to have a car as i stay alone with a baby and what if theres an emergency? The service manager then said she will call me to update me regarding the courtesy car. She never called me back. I then went to the dealership and she said the same thing. Unfortunately i couldnt go on the day she told me to bring the car in the afternoon. I had an interview and have been using the car as i do on a daily basis. Yesterday when i called them to remind them about the problem i was now told we won't help you your car is out of warranty plan now. I asked how can you say that when you knew about the issue since last year. Was it part of the plan to do delaying tactics so that u can say its out of warranty so that u dont fix the issue? I then called VW SA and the lady who assisted me never called me back yesterday. This morning the car didn't start once again after being parked for 12 hours. I called VW for assistance and i was told they cant assist me cos the car is out of warranty. The service at Vw soweto is horrible and its sad that it was the nearest dealership on my way to work after i moved from pretoria to jhb. I always have a problem with their service.It is BAD.
