Horrible Service - VW Constantia

Bought a car from VW Constantia two weeks ago, since then I have had issues with the cleanliness as well as turbo issues. They said that the turbo needs to be replaced (a week ago) but since then nobody has contacted me with an ETA for the replacement turbo. The salesman, Desmond, and master cars manager promised to assist and get back to me but have not done so after phoning and sending messages. Horrible service from VW. Quick to make a sale, but not quick to keeping their customer satisfied.
