# Horrible Service From VW Midrand Lindsay Saker!!!

<p>#‎Lindsay‬ Saker Midrand Horrible Service!!!</p> <p>My car ,a Polo Tsi was towed to Lindsay Saker Midrand on the 12th of June 2016 after a breakdown ,by vw road assist..on the 13th of June I did a followup with Midrand Vw to check if my they have received my car..only to be told they did not receive any car from road assist..only after calling VW road assist, I was called in the afternoon 13th that the security has misplaced my car keys and the car is there.the following day I was called by Chris Lee saying that he diagnosed the car and the clutch need to be replaced and it will cost R11000 and he said its not covered by warranty.I called VW North cliff where I bought the car since my car has a maintenance plan, the credit manager assures me that the cost will be covered by maintenance.I called Chris and authorized the repairs.He said their turn around time is 48hrs..my car was ready for collection on the17th of June..I made an arrangement to go and collect around 5pm with Chris..When I went the Chris rejected the maintenance service on my car, saying I must pay cash!!!!! on 23rd of June I manage to pay the bill on my own..when I went to collect the car today 25th of June..I'm told that I must come back on Monday since they cant check on the system if I have paid or not.!!!I had proof of payment from fnb with me because I did an eft..I even requested the manager to go to the bank with me to confirm the payment.But he refused saying I must come back on Monday!!!How can A dealer keep my car when I have fully paid the cost of repairs!!! I also sent the proof of payment to Chris on Thursday 23rd!!!
