Horrible service from Volkswagen South Africa

I am the owner VW Touareg. However, I would not suggest anybody to make my mistake and buy one. It seems while VW Germany is producing great cars ... VW RSA has no idea how to service customers. A few weeks ago I had a problem that appears to me as small - my ventilator was broken (very small spare part), BUT it happened when we experienced the hottest weather in Joburg. So, I barely could use my beautiful car during day hours. I visited to my dealer and after check with VW RSA they advised that ventilator would only be available in a couple of weeks! It looked as a joke to me from the start as so important for our climate and so small / cheap spare was not in stock. I decided to call VW myself and ask for a favour. Answer was the same. When I tried to escalate the issue to the manager of VW S Africa things turned even worse ... VW representative started to create the stories and delay delivery even further. Finally after days of sauna in my car and begging VW I received spare and dealer installed it. Obviously afte
