Horrible service

Am very disappointed with the service I got from VW my car went to repair there but it came back in worse condition and we find people in high positions who can't do their job Marco Albert's he is the worst managing director I have ever dealt with in life not honest don't deliver to customers my car left last year December got it April I have being asking for report even today and am entitled to it as they damage the car even worse
