horrible service at VW POLOKWANE

on the 29th January 2020 i took my car to VW Polokwane in the morning for repair and I was assisted by Stephanie Maredi. She then gave me a call at around 3pm to say the car was ready for collection. I told her I would collect it before 5pm.I knocked off 15 minutes early to try keep time. At roundabout 16h50 I got a disgustingly shocking call from Stephanie asking where i was and i told her i was on my way but still in seshego (10km away from vw Polokwane)-and then she lost it-she became loud and disrespectful-saying "i called you around 3 and you said you would be here before 5pm,i am not going to wait for you. you will get ur car tomorrow otherwise you should make it here by 17h15. i am leaving at 17h15 and i would not wait for you until 6pm".i responseded by saying, it takes 10 to 20 min to get there and i am already on my way. i left work early:before knock of time to fetch my car and you are telling me about tomorrow? i then asked to speak to her manager since she was getting more loud and very disrespectful, addressing me like a nobody . she rep**** by saying you can speak to the manager when you get here and HUNG UP . i got there at roundabout 17h10 and found her still assisting other clients, not even ready to leave and asked why she spoke to me like that on the phone... she said i should have told her i was going to be late she would have understood, but she didn't even tell me what time they close.she then told me her clients know she is kind;in so saying, disregarding me as her client.i then told her kind people don't have to tell others that they are "kind". I then asked for the manager. she said the manager has left already - i should call the manager tomorrow - i then got my car and left. Then on the 30th,i called and asked for the manager, they transferred me 3 times and it just kept ringing with no answer
