HORRIBLE SERVICE AT VW NELSPRUIT!!!

On the 25/02/2016 I took in my car for service at VW Alan Hudson Nelspruit and the service advisor that was assigned to me was Tyrone Brown, when I went to pick up the car I was told everything was fine including my breaks, on the 7th of March while my wife was driving with my daughter the breaks failed and the steering locked, I thought it might be the break fluid but when I took in the car for 2nd time on the 18/02/2016 I was told the break pads on the car were worn out, I then told the service advisor that the last time the car was there he said my breaks were still fine, he then said he didn't and we went back and fourth until and I quote he said well \bottom line the break pads are done so should they change them or not?\" I then said they must change them seeing that I didn't have much of a choice, Eventually when I went to the dealer to fetch the car he then told me that on his system he only picked up that my vehicle was there last year Nov,this made me question a lot of things in terms of weather anything was even done on my car on the 25th of Feb,eventually when his service manager came he had a statement that corresponded with mine, I am so disappointed in VW Nelspruit "
