Horrible service at Vw Ermelo

Was told by Fikile Ramawa the service advisor that my car service was done and still waited for over an hour despite me telling them I don't mind them not washing my car ! Then when my car was being brought out and the service advisor hit the side of my car against the wall!!!! Scratched my rim but her and her manager were not remorseful like it's just a rim! Never going back there that's for sure ... The service standards have really dropped at this dealership (Vw Ermelo ) !!!! Cherry on top 2 employees of the dealership were verbally fighting in front of us !!! From the best dealership I had been to to the worst and it's been slowly showing those signs of going down !!!!! Previously I ordered a bonnet cover paid for it and noticed on my way to Swaziland that they hadn't replaced the cover and I had to drive 40kms back for it to be fitted again ! Too many times I've forgiven them!!!!
