Horrible service at Rustenburg Volkswagen

<p><br />I received horrible service from Rustenburg Volkswagen on Sa****ay. I drove there from Pretoria, as I bought my Polo there, and wanted to look at options of selling it back. I was told the system was offline and there are no managers to help out. I was also told that I will receive feedback on Sa****ay on whether or not the systems are back online. Why be open at all if you cannot help customers? How can all the managers be away on leave? I have not received any feedback, I wish I could take my business somewhere else than Volkswagen</p>
