HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HUMILIATION

Humiliation I got at NTT is out of this world. I never felt so be-littled in my entire life. I bought a brand new T Cross from them last year. And I am seating here today they telling me that the mantainance plan I took from VW SA is *****ulent because I didnt take it from them. 😭😭.

Yet I was here for service a week agi and their never told me about the maintanance plan theh only quoted me R12 000 to fix my breaks and discs. I had be called into two offices atleast to be questioned abiut the mantainance plan.
