Horrible service and delay on tactics

I have been experiencing a funny sound on my be Passat , I would always tell them to check when I take it in for a service but then they would come up with all sorts of excuses like they can’t hear the sound they think it’s tyres or wheels.so I recorded the sound and took it in to Karel at centurion he test drove it and took a video of the sound and said I must book it in because he now knows what the issue is. I booked it in and it was received by Shawn who communicated during the day and said they will change the clutch and pressure plate as they were the one making the sound ,I wasn’t convinced because Karel never mentioned that he said it was the DSG gear box. The car was the returned and a day later the sound is back.I’m frustrated as I see this as a delay tactic for the car to come out of maintenance plan.
