HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VW NELSPRUIT

Very poor customer services at vw Nelspruit, they refuse to change a battery that failed before the warranty ends intead they wanted me to pay R7000 for a new battery. By law the battery must hve 24 months warranty. They are ********* de*****ing customer their hard earned cash tge sooner the management and tge staff is change the better. People are opting to take their car to Vw Whiteriver because tgey are tired on this incompetence
