Horrible After Sales Service

i bought a brand new vw polo vivo from the glen<br> since i had the car i have had nothing but problem with it <br> i have taken my car back so many times but still nothing seems to be done <br> i have not even been provided wit a courtsey car even though i have been left stranded without a car after they have sold me a broken brand new car
