Horrible after care for new cars

I have been trying to contact VW Midrand for the past two weeks. The receptionist keep on taking my number and apparently the manager that is in charge of the warranty department has been on leave and no one else can assist. My brand new VW Taigo’s boot breaks every week and as a result I am even scared to open my boot. I am still waiting for a call back .
