Hopeless

I have left my golf gti at this dealership for 3wks plus..no feed back from a completely useless service manager and crew.my veche had a water leak and is covered with service plan and all other trimmings..till now they have not managed to sort my vehicle..always excuses..dam useless.I had to beg for a courtesy car only of which vw south africa arranged as I had complained to them..this dealership never takes the time to update me as a customer.I advise never to visit this branch in rustenburg as they useless.even managed to loose my sump cover of which I had to bring to there attention.I hope to change to a bmw because of all this bad service I have received...plz plz vw rtburg...catch a wake up
