Highveld mall witbank emalahleni is a disaster

<p>My car (golf 6gti dsg) was having problems with gear selection three weeks back I phoned my insurance they came and took it to vw highveld mall witbank emalahleni they charged me 23k to fix it I paid 12k last week we agreed that they keep the car when I finish paying they will hand it over to me they worked on the car on the sixth 6 June yesterday 7th June my tracke called asking if the car is fine I told them I left it at vw the lady repeated are u sure the car is fine? She asked me to call vw n find out when I called they told me the car is with dries service foreman is testing the car after 1h30 they called to tell me my car got an accident my star drive shows the car crashed at 09:40 I called them around half 10am they didn't say anything it looks like they wanted to fix my car without me knowing coz they had already taken it to the dealer when I got there they where busy on it... when I ask what's going to happen to my car they told me they don't know it's not their fault the can't do anything about it they gave me a polo vivo to use for time being they give me attitude whenever I ask about my car they don't want to take responsibility for-their actions</p>
