Highly irritated

I wouldn't even give them a one star if i had it my way!! "I am highly irritated i went to barons Durban about 2 months ago before the lockdown for a 45000 service on my car. Firstly the service was so bad things that was supposed to be done on the car wasn't done! There was shudder on the car which was not even sorted out i called the next day to report it and i spoke to a lady at reception who reassured me that the service advisor that I was dealing with will call me back but unfortunately that never happened i took my car to them on Wednesday to get the problem sorted out because my life is at danger i had to take a day off at work because i had the worse experience when i took my car for the 45000 service at barons and they left me stranded for transport! on Wednesday when i got there they told me it's because of the balancing that might be the reason the car is like that and i sorted out the balancing which i had to pay for even though cliffy said that could be a problem even though he wasn't sure . Today i called into the branch and spoke to cliffy to advise him that my car is still giving me a problem, he tells me that i need to bring the car in again so they can check what's the problem he is the most arrogant person i have ever spoken to! He asked me as to where I purchased the car from and i told him hoppers and then he turns around and tell me i must take the car back there!! What kind of manager speaks that way and after i told him no he told me i must go look for another dealership to sort out my issues and he cut the call on me !! I have always had vw cars and i loved it but because of this one person he change my whole mind set about vw you guys can go look at my history with vw this was just plain down the worse service i have ever experienced" i took it up with vw south africa but there was no outcome which is pathetic how does a service manager speaks to client that way and just get away with it! And then tell me to take my car to another dealership! And vw south africa does absolutely nothing about it! Guys just some advice dont buy vw cars because once you buy it the dealerships don't care about their clients!!!
