HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE RECEIVED

I hereby wish to state my utmost disgust in the above supplier. They have twice diagnosed that my cars aircon resistor needs replacement. When I eventually made an appointment, when I 1st got to them on Fri 25 Sept, they haven't ordered the part, and said it would be there on Monday. They then called the afternoon to say that the part arrived I can come back to have it fitted. Only to find out to my surprise that the aircon now worked on the revs of the car, and that it made a noise when it was on 1 and 2. I then returned the car, they haven't even gone to trouble to drive to find out what the problem is, they wanted me to explain to them what was wrong. When the mechanic eventually drove the car he informed me that it could either be low gas, a leak or the compressor that's faulty. I assume after this, they are amateurs firstly, and haven't had proper training. I reacted upon their diagnoses, for them to expect for me to now drive with a car that is not properly fixed, is ridiculous. after 2 services done, there diagnoses was always the resistor, no one said it could have been something else. I am utterly dissapointed, and to top it all they didn't want to take responsibility.
