Highly disappointed in Volkswagen

Had a breakdown on 16 dec while on holiday in Bela bela. Vehicle was towed to VW Wonderboom to have the faulty battery replaced. I was promised that my vehicle would be ready for collection on the 18th. On the 18th i was told that the vehicle would only be ready on Monday the 21st. Today is the 21st of Dec and my vehicle is still not ready. I was due to book out on Friday and extended my stay to today, 21 dec. I now need to extend my stay with a further day because VW Wonderboom is taking forever to replace a battery ! I have been a loyal customer of VW, and all these years i have never experienced such awful service. The agents at the call centre really tried their utmost best to assist me, but the Wonderboom service dept only told me that their service schedule is fully booked and that they will attend to my vehicle when they can. If only they attended to the vehicle earlier, it would have been fixed by now!!
