Highly disappointed...!

I would like to lay a huge complaint about VW in Constantia Kloof, Standard bank financed my car with them and i now have my car for 7 months and iv had problems since the time i got it,<br> 1stly let me start i drove around with an expired permit and only received my number plates 2 weeks after that and i couldve have been fined for that!!!2ndly i call to find out about my car going for its 1st service and the consultant picks up my chassis number incorrectly loaded with another registration and it states my car has already been for a service and if something has to happen to my car and my insurance gives me hell then what!!3rdly i book my car for its service and when my dad takes it they ask himt o pay cash because there is no service planned included in my car instalments!!!yet i advised them from the beginning that i want a service plan added to it!this is so disappointing, right now i feel like cancelling this entire deal and handing this car back, i never expected this if i knew i would have never went to VW..my car needs a service and now i have to go pay R 2000 yet my service plan was not added,and the face that we had to drive from Lenasia to Constantia to be send back!!!
