Harassment

Stop Harassing me with SMS telling me that a consultant will be contacting me to confirm my insurance details.<br> I don't have insurance with you people.<br> <br> 25 SMS's between Friday and Monday morning. Just to mention a few, i received sms's at 2am, 4am and at 8am this morning. I contacted your call centre ***and spoke to a gentleman called Thabo (or a name simi**** to that). Told him my story. He seemed very disinterested and unapologetic. He went on to ask me a list of questions. Like my ID No., Cell No., email address, Bank details. When we go to the point of how I pay my car, which has absolutely nothing to do with my reason for calling I said NO. I just want my cell number removed from their database. And without warning, he shut the phone down in my ear.<br> <br> VW FINANCIAL SERVICES - remove me from your database. I have no insurance dealings with you. DONT CONTACT ME. I DONT WANT YOUR INSURANCE. And this man i spoke to at your call centre - I deserve an apology from him!!!! ( i spoke to him on 23.02.2015 at 08:11am.
