Great Service Received

I woke up feeling down because i had to take my car for service and usually the service i receive there is worse than any other car dealer but today I arrived at VW for my car to be serviced from the moment I parked the staff was friendly and energetic,as if that was not enough then Precious my service advisor she welcomed me with a smile,she was energetic as if she just got out of bed on Christmas day....fast forward the afternoon @ 15:30 the lady inspired me same smile same energy and very informative.You deserve a star for your dedication and commitment towards your job.<br> <br> Well done Precious you did not only do your job but you touched me in a way that brightened my day and my behaviour towards clients and people in general.<br> <br> Well done to the management,the VW brand and to the team at VW polokwane what I observed amongst you it's team work please keep it up.
