Great service on FLEEK!!! all day everyday :-)

This is the second time i take my car in for service at VW Upington. The first time the service was surprisingly amazing and i was really impressed with the constant contact they kept with me regarding the progress of the vehicle and even afterwards they sat me down explained what they had done as part of the service and gave me a small VW branded gift (i really liked that part :-)). <br> <br> Without fail the second time i took my car for service the customer service i received was amazing, from booking the car for service to me collecting the car after the service. my car was washed, they again explained to me what the service entailed. I got another VW branded gift. <br> <br> Now my surname is a bit tricky to pronounce for most people, but the gentleman who assist me (same one on both occasions) was a really champ and made me feel like a valued customer. In actual fact the whole service center team have welcoming personalities. Pity i cant take my car in for service as much as i have it washed. lol
