Great Service from Mechanic

I wish to compliment the service department of the Volkswagen garage in Jan Smuts Avenue in Johannesburg for their effective and friendly service. I visited this branch today (28 April 2015 at 14.05) and both the person at reception and the mechanic was very friendly and quite willing to assist. The mechanic immediately tended to my problem and did so with confidence and willingness. He was very polite, professional and had a \can-do"attitude. You can be proud of him as he is one of very few service personnel that really provides efficient and effective customer service. He knew what he was talking about and without delay repaired my power steering problem with high competence. He is an asset to your organisation and should be rewarded for it.
