Great service!

I took my car in to VW Hatfield for some mechanical repair. I must say Michael handled everything so well, even though my claim was not paid in full he trusted me to settle the amount a week later and my car was also well taken care of! I must say VW Hatfield is spot on when it comes to client service, its no wonder they win dealer of the year awards! Keep it up
