good service

I was very impressed when I visited VW in bruma yesterday. I went in to get my seriel number and radio code so that I could recode my radio. I was assisted by a consultant whose name is Rory who was so helpful and friendly. He immediately found out if there was a cost and then took my car in, I waited only +-30min and got my car back with a fully operational radio. I am very impressed with the service I received. All the staff were very friendly.
