Good day I bought a car at VW constatia helped by Simon Model is TCross 2023 model Brand new Only one key was provided I asked them To provide the sper since last of last year been waiting I visited them in Jorburg waited for 2 hours they said they are still looking for it Then they came and said they can’t find they will log a new one that was November till today I am still waiting I have send email’s several times with no respond They have assigned someone but still cannot get help been months now
