Golf 6 r dsg key

Hi i lost my golf 6 r dsg key in an accident.(with another car not this one).so i went to vw lydenburg,the lady there called a guy sounded like the manager.i explained to him i have a car with an dsg gearbox and want them to please get me a new key for it and come set it in for me.he told me i must tow the car there.so my question is how to you get a dsg car into neutral without the key?so i said to him the car cant move as its in park.so got told they dont do things like it i must make a plan to bring it in.

Now my car has a problem in the engine that needs to get attended to aswell now i am to scared to take it to this vw with this attitude. Do i rather get middelburg or nelspruit vw to do it or what.
