First and far most hatfield don't know their customers....service poor,took my car for break pad service and the technicians working on my car broke my lock nut and I took the car back to them to fix it and now they want me to pay for something that they broke like really when my car went there it was all good and now they want me to pay for something I didn't brake and the manger Peter bosman has the nevrve to tell me that there is nothing he can do I mean I drive one of their top of the rage car and this is the answer I get? I've been drving vw and not once but so may times I have been given poor service and not even once complain from velocity to all the polos u can't think of I've been drving getting my self a GTI from vw I thought mybe the service towards me will change but no 1st it was the zambezi VW breaking my window wipper tube now its hatfield where should I know service my car next Am in a f_up situation coz now I must travell to jozi just to get a good service or Am I now realsing that when u black in pets is how we get threated this is wrong I need my lock nut period and also my boot was opening now it's a not kanjani
