Glutch repairs.

I had a problem with my Polo TSI that i bought in December 2021.

Just last week on my way back from the store, the Car Glutch become loose and i couldnt change the Gears . The car was on 24 825 KM.

The car was towed to VW WONDERBOOM for diagnostic and repair.

The car was stripped, they found out that the Glutch plate is messed up.

The Service Advisor had called said Warranty wont be able to cover the cost and i must settle the repairs with Cash.

My concern is that why the dealership is selling lies to the customers that Warranty cover all the cost if you bought the car on zero Kilo meter.

When the car was towed , 24/7 road assistance personeel has assured me that all the cost for repairs will be covered, i dont need to worry. Even the Sales Executive said the same thing.

Please assist me so that i can get assistance, their equipment could have killed me for heaven sake and now they hide behind the fact that Glutch might have messed up by imbalance gears on the traffic or over refs.

VWSA is taking us for granted and always want to get away with matter like this.

1. What is the purpose of Warranty if it cannot cover the cost of the Glutch? 2. Why Sales Executive and Road assistance personeel know that all the repairs will be covered but Service department is singing different story.

Car Dealership like VWSA are taking their customers for granted and the Nation must stop supporting their business if they cannot adhere to their words.

I drove Brand like BMW and Audi but never experience Glutch problem.

Please let the VWSA do the right and fix their equipment, right now i do believe and see why VW cars are too much involved in accidents, its their equipment which are defective.
