Given a car that is not in good condition

My car is sent for diagnosis and innovation is waiting for a service book so that they can fix it. The dealer should provide that book because they never give me,its been the week car standing and waiting for the service book but VW springs is prepared to do so. Im wasting my money calling them but they dont take action even VW SA does not take the matter seriosly
