GIVE MY MONEY BACK VW STOP WAISTING MY TIME

i want my money back VW SA AND WESVAAL MAFIKENG. I BELIEVE IT'S HIGHLY IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A QUERY OR A MATTER THAT CAN BE PUT ON HOLD FOR 3 MONTHS... i paid my money but im getting poor service... or no service at all coz ive contacted the dealer, complains department, even VW SA but they all ignoring me with empty promises. and while u guys are ignoring me dont forget iv paid for u guys to fix my gears/clutch and the door that isnt locking, this means my car is at risk EVERY SENCOND OF THE DAY... i dnt owe u guys a cent but nothing is been fixed... i told u guys im not gonna take my car when u want me to coz ive took it to vw every morning for more than 6 times wasting my precious time and all am getting is a CAR WASH that i ddnt ask for... ive complaind in everyway possible so that u guys can correct ur mistakes... i was promised tht u guys will come collect the car last week but ke santse ke shename and and my car isnt locking but ive loooong paid my money and u guys **** to me that u fixed it but it still not locking and the gears changes like an old van... so dont make any more promises, dnt fetch my car anymore coz clearly u guys are a bunch of *****, and i mean all of u guys including wesvaal, luis, zukiswa mtywaru from customer interaction centre and every1 hus been calling me with regards to this matter...... all i want is my money back.. u can continue lying to ur customers but im not falling for ur tricks.. my car is not fixed, SO PAY ME BACK MY MONEY AND STOP WAISTING ANY MORE OF MY TIME...pls pls pls dnt call me again with ur stupid promises... im tired of u guys... i WANT MY MONEY BACK WITHIN THE NEXT 2DAYS COZ I DDNT GIVE U A STRUGGLE WHEN I PAID THAT MONEY..NXAAA.
