give me back my money...

i purchased a vehicle and was told to pay a certain amount to settle my cuurent vehicle i did do and was not told that a different amount offer was made for my vehicle which could have made me pay less from my own money to settle it.however the extra amount from the offer the dealership just paid it into my new vehicle purchase without my consent.i have made the salesman aware of this of which he then offered to re imburse the funds in another manner in order for me to get my money back (R2000). i am still waiting im getting ignored or told a white lie **************** is how i see it. to this date its been 2 months and still nothing.if this is the service salesman and vw northcliff gives their clients then its absolutely appalling . As long as their money is received and a sale is made to hell with the customer resolution aspect.So sad not that its the first bad service and lack of communication i received.
