GAT VOL Of VW SA and their lack of commitment

Back in 2013, I purchased a brand new Scirocco 2.0TSI, From day one I had endless issues with it, after moving to JHB and taking my car to Lindsay Saker Eastrand mall and lots of complaining and back and fourth to the dealership with issues relating to the vehicle, I met with the factory Manager that after weeks of trying to sort out the issues, they wanted to cut a hole in the roof of my car, my car had 15000km on it I said no, then they wanted to swap out the car with another car same milage but i had to pay in 30K i said no, eventualy they gave me an unlimited milage warranty after 120K kilometers, now the car has reached 120K KM and there is know knowledge of the agreed warranty, the factory manager who now calls on a different dealership now doesnt know anything about the whole incident and there is no record of the incident at VW Head office, VW needs tyo step up to the plate and make good with their promise to me, I am so sick and tired of VW and their ********. I am going to seek leagal advice and if need be I will sell my house to take them down, ENOUGh is ENOUGH!
