Furious at VW fury Northcliff

I had previously owned a polo vivo which was still in excellent condition 3 years old. I bought this car at the VW dealership. My initial experience was good everything went seamlessly. Trust was established and good relationship built as I took my car for services on occasion. Until my recent rude awakening on buying my second car from the very dealership I trusted. My worst service experience was yet to happen. I saw the car I wanted and made the necessary arrangements to get the ball rolling. I would trade in my old car and the bank would settle the outstanding in order to purchase the new one etc. First encounter with lack of service for an existing customer no one responded on time but I let it slip and waited patiently eventually we started doing the quote work on the new car and I was given the quotes. That's when all went haywire, trade in value was wrong and my quotes were revised because apparently the dealership was at a loss and then I had the run around and actually ended up signing for a variable rate as opposed to my fixed, balloon payments went from one amount to another. No one cares, no help and *********** and pathetic service. Very disappointed and disgruntled
